I'm not sure what the other guy is talking about. I got this computer a month ago and it's great!!! Super fast processor. The Core i7 processor is really good for video editing, so far, I'm editing videos in real time!! This means that a 5 minute video is taking me 5 minutes to render. Anyone who is into video editing knows that this is awesome! I am going to upgrade the RAM to 16gigs, but you don't need to unless you're editing video.Everything works so far. Plenty of USB ports (they all work), and the computer is super-quiet. Sometimes it feels like it's off! (but it's not, it's just very quiet).Installed another SATA hard drive - seamless. And so far all the programs I've installed, have gone in with zero problems.I'm really happy with this computer.

Please do not make the mistake I did by ordering this computer. Although I did not order the computers from Amazon (Costco instead....sorry Amazon), I don't believe it matters as it will be junk regardless of where it was purchased. I purchased four of these computers for my office with this exact configuration and thought.....what a great computer and monitor combo.....fast Intel processor with tons of RAM and storage, but its not worth a dime if it doesn't keep running. These systems cost me way more in down time. There is a hardware compatibility issue with these systems and they will keep locking up on you and re-booting out of nowhere. This problem kept happening consistently sometimes twice a day for each of the four computers, and the USB ports for the mouse and keyboard would just quit working for no reason until it was cold booted. I even spent approximately 20 hours on the phone with Dell support and Microsoft to no avail. I have purchased 15 to 20 Dells for my business over the years, but these four systems have caused so much grief, I have changed brands and will never purchase another Dell......EVER,EVER AGAIN. These problem systems were replaced after four months of service and now set in a corner collecting dust!
