Asus computers have yet to let me down. This is an awesome computer and very user friendly. I am A+ Certified in Computer Hardware and Software and I would highly recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for a reliable, easy to use, and overall fun computer. It does great with both gaming and business/college work. I strongly recommend this computer. ;) Thank you ASUS!

Everything was good until I see the dead pixel at the middle bottom of the screen shining constant bright greenish blue. There was no inventory for exchange. So we returned it.

Overall, I am very happy with this computer. But depending on your intended use, there is one thing you should be aware of (pointed out obliquely on Amazon's product page, but it didn't mean much to me reading it at the time. It does now.)This computer has a wireless keyboard--something I found very desirable in order to minimize the "cord confusion" on my desk. But the keyboard is a "chicklet" keyboard (much smaller than computer keyboard I have ever seen, and comparable to what you would find on a smaller "netbook").While it functions very well for what it does and is--forgive me--very "cute", it is much smaller than ordinary computer keyboards (like the ones that have been included with each of the other five+ desktops I've ever used).Out of the box, the keyboard (and therefore the computer to which it is (by bluetooth) attached really really does not fit my needs. I do a lot of writing on my computer. I am extremely comfortable and proficient with the use of both "ordinary" keyboards and electric typewriters (remember them???). The size and unusual organization of the keyboard are slowing me down alot, and I don't think it will get better with practice. I will shortly replace the included keyboard with an off the shelf wireless keyboard which I will purchase separately.I shouldn't have to buy a new wireless keyboard. And I shouldn't have to install it. If the installation of a new "regular" wireless keyboard is both quite painless and completely successful, then it isn't too big a deal (although I don't like spending the extra money). (That's why I give the product 4 stars.) If installing a new wireless keyboard is not both extremely easy and completely successful, my review of this computer package goes down--based on my needs--to a single star, and the computer goes back to Amazon (with some hard feelings that the keyboard style, while obliquely mentioned in the product description, was not explained).To try to be fair, I will mention that the keyboard functions very well and will serve well enough for users who do not regularly spend alot of time preparing long documents.
