I bought this computer to be used primarily as a gaming, video and picture editing machine. After several weeks of use, it has performed very well on all tasks. I have loaded several PC versions of video games, and they play without any hiccups--no frames dropped or any lag in the action. Video editing has been a pleasure. Once the video is edited, the computer renders it very fast. Editing pictures and adding filters and special effects is very efficiently done with this computer thanks to the 16 gigs of RAM. Getting a full version of the OS with the computer is a plus. Saves you from having to make ``rescue'' discs. The only issue I had in getting this computer to work with my set up was the printer. However, that was not a problem with the computer, but rather with the OS. Being 64 bit, I couldn't get it to work with the 32-bit software that came with the printer. Once I obtained the 64-bit drivers through the printer manufacturer's web site, the problems went away. Being partial to Intel processors I was hesitant to get an AMD machine. I have no regrets about the change. This machine performs just as good as an Intel machine.

Great specs. I now get to play solid hard core graphic games. and i dont have to worry about shelling out $700 every few years for the latest playstation or xbox. just change the motherboard and graphics card and boom goes the dynamite

It's not being used as a hard-core gaming machine. Mostly, it's being used to play Minecraft, Roblox, Terraria, etc. At no time has the fan become audible over the sound from the games, and I don't think I've seen the temperatures get above the 50's (centigrade).I want to add that one of the reasons I bought from Microtel instead of one of the other game machine vendors (ibuypower, cyberpowerpc, etc) was the feedback regarding Microtel's customer service being so good. Your mileage may vary, but my experience has been excellent. I've called twice over two minor issues. Both times I left a message, and both times I heard back within about thirty minutes. Both times, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to help me immediately.My only issue was with the packaging which used the box containing the keyboard as padding in the larger box containg the box with the cpu. The keyboard survived, but the keyboard box didn't.As a total experience, though, five stars. I would definitely buy from them again.
