Item was received on time, all parts included. It was ready to rock straight out of the box. It blew away my expectations and performed smoothly on max settings in all games I tested (Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Dota 2, Starcraft 2, WoW, CS:GO). It was so much easier to buy this than struggle to assemble my own parts and the price was unbeatable! I emailed a few shipping inquiries and he responded in a timely, professional manner.
