Good Basic Computer
By Marcy Nathan
I chose this computer for an elderly client who uses it for email and internet... no heavy graphics, no streaming, etc. This computer works just fine for this user. If you are a gamer, do a lot of graphic manipulation, stream... I would suggest a more powerful unit.

Error in Description
By WashPC
All of the internal parts were correct but the number of USB ports listed in the description was incorrect. The number listed was 8 and the number that I had on the computer that I got was 4.

Fantastic -- Just be aware of bloatware
By Ryan Brandon
This computers are being used in a computer lab at the school I volunteer at. For these kids, the computer upgrades (going from computers built in 2004) to these has been such a shock I'm not sure they would say a bad thing about them. These are built well, and very well. I had issues with set up, and for those complaining about the lack of usb connections, look at the price! You can always get a splitter that won't reduce functionality. My one and only issue (so far) has been that Acer has installed a lot of programs that I really don't want or need, including games, bing bar, backup, etc. Nothing that couldn't easily be removed, or was harmful to the computers speed, and nothing that most computer companies don't add themselves (HP especially is known for this) but I was just hoping there wouldn't much of anything that wasn't pure windows. If you are looking for decent, run of the mill computer for everyday functions, this computer will get the job done, and quite well.
