Pretty Impressed with my first All-In-One computer. Before this I had a Toshiba 18" laptop. It was too hot and heavy for a lap, so when my laptop finally died I wanted something that had SOME portability, with the screen size of a desk top. Windows 8.. I am still on a learning curve with that. I have read that MANY people complain they do not know how to shut the\is computer off......... Well it is pretty simple. Put the mouse pointer in either the right top or bottom corner of the screen, 5 Icons come up. Click on the SETTINGS, and pick power. Simple as that. I had the square trade warrantee with my laptop, and I am waiting for the $599 refund as my laptop died within the 3 year extra warranty period. I bought the same square trade warrantee for this one as well. Fast, great clarity, it knows where you like to visit on the web etc.

Very nice computer however the information under the product description is very misleading. You are lead to believe that it's a touchscreen computer when in fact this model is not available as a "touchscreen". PLEASE if you are deciding on purchasing this item be aware that this IS NOT A TOUCH SCREEN ITEM even though the description leads you to believe it is. Good luck!
