Great Value and Awesome Customer Service

Absolutely amazing! I just received this last night and have run Diablo 3 and Battlefield 3 for a few hours each at very high graphics settings, and this machine worked flawlessly. A couple connectors came apart during the shipping process, but after 15 minutes on the phone with Brandon over at Cybertron, we had the thing running again in no time. Customer Service and Tech support was absolutely top notch in an industry which doesn't seem to care about your problems after you've purchased their products. Cybertron is no doubt a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend this rig to anyone looking for a high-end gaming PC but doesn't have the time to build their own. I am definitely ordering from Cybertron again in the future.

Hot gamer - lots of memory

CybertronPC QuattroMax GM3142B Desktop (Black)The Quattro i7 is one of the best gaming computer combinations I've found. I happen to use mine primarily for video processing and rendering. With 32MB of RAM, a hot i7 Quad Core processor, and dual Radeon HD7750 cards, the Quattro i7 is in the top of 10% of muscle systems. Whether your gaming or needing memory/processor horsepower to render video, the QuattroMax i7 fits the bill.

An okay PC not without its problems

The pc I purchased from Amazon suffered from several different problems, most of which could have been caused by shipping damage. However, I was contacted by a representative from CybertronPC who had my defective pc swiftly replaced with one that basically functions well but still has some problems:1) Any set of headphones that work fine elsewhere will only have sound in the right earphone speaker when plugged into the headphones jack on the new computer . I mostly use usb speakers so this isn't really a big problem, but it's still aggravating.2) When I purchased the first computer, I bought two games just to see how the computer would handle them. One (Fallout New Vegas) crashes so immediately and consistently that I've given up trying to play it. The other (Skyrim) experiences such serious graphics flickering and popping that I have almost given up on playing it as well. Since the graphics card software (Catalyst 12.10) could be more to blame for the gaming problems than the computer I am waiting to see if an eventual driver update will fix the issues.The new computer continues to surf the web and handles applications and video viewing well, having only suffered one apparently isolated BlueScreen error. I have still received the "Windows explorer is not responding" window a few times, but I found a solution online that I believe has solved the problem. I believe the messages were the result of trying (unsuccessfully) to play New Vegas.Both of the computers arrived with intstructions for some of their individual components, but neither came with much information on the computers as a whole. You'll have to rely heavily on the internet or CybertronPC customer service if you run into problems, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Though I've had some bad experiences with CybertronPC customer service, overall their representatives seem willing to help resolve whatever problems you may encounter. The only real inconvenience is their hours, which are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays only, so if you have a day job and are only off weekends like me you may find them difficult to reach.Had the new computer I received functioned without encountering any problems, I would have had no problem in recommending this product to others, but the audio jack and gaming problems I've already run into really discourage me from wholly suggesting this product to others. At this price range I expect the product I receive to work well with little effort on my part. I've had several computers of many different makes and models over the years and never had as many problems with those computers. I'll stick to xbox for gaming and use my new computer for applications and internet browsing. Trying to use a computer for gaming is just way to stressful and time-consuming.
