We are trying to find a place in town that does warranty work so we don't have to ship it.Other than power supply burning up it performed great up until then.We sent it back to HP after they sent a packing box that they overnighted to us.Took about a week to repair but came back like new again,HP has great products and I own several,my laptop has not had any problems and I hope this was just a fluke.

Excellent processor, lots of much-needed memory and space, quiet, and nice to look at too. Enough USB ports for anyone, and can handle up to three monitors. NICE! I'm an online marketer so I needed a lot of power, and this is the ticket. Bought my husband one too, for gaming. Love that it also has the card reader so I can quickly transfer pics from my camera to my computer. Great purchase and I'm very happy. (Obviously, we bought two. LOL)

These PCs are likely to be very good, however, the WINDOWS 8 OPS leaves a lot to be desired with their first release. It woulden't run long enough to confirm the unit. Received the PC 12/18/2012 and set it up, after the second day had nothing but crashes and freezes. OUT OF MY POCKET, Spent a total of $250.00 to local tech to get it going again and it would go crazy again countless hours on the phone with Hp, Microsoft and iYogi Tech Support, wasted my time!!! Thanks Amazon for letting me send it back to you for a refund. I'm thrilled to have it gone and off my property. Now my 3 year old Dell is back on line and purrrring like kitten. I have read many reviews on the HP windows 8 OPS unit, some good, and some which experienced the same (bad) as I did. Good luck if you are planning getting HP Envy Phoenix h9-1350 Desktop with the Windows 8 (OOOPS) 8 OPS.
