My first computer arrived with an issue, I returned it and 2 days later I got a replacement and it seems to be fine. The concept of the computer is awesome. Its fast, smooth, quite, and I love the windows 8 active tiles. I got this for my parents who are in their 70's and they can operate it much easier than thier old xp computer. Nice design, I hope it lasts and their are no future problems.

I purchased my HP Envy 23 All-in-One Desktop in November 2012, and it died in March 2013 of a system board failure. I had to go back to using my 10-year old Dell desktop. How is it that a new computer system board fails in 5 month?
