The Xporte 260x2 is the second system in XSMotion's Xporte computer line. Like it's younger sibling, the Xporte 260x1, it is designed and built with components that allow for future growth and expansion as technology moves forward. The Xporte 260x2 is also designed around Intel's flagship Core i7 920 processor and the EVGA 1366 SLI motherboard. But, unlike the Xporte 260x1, it comes with two powerful EVGA GTX 260 graphics accelerators, each supporting 1 GB of on-board video memory.The EVGA 1366 motherboard supports NVIDIA's SLI technology which allows multiple graphics cards to be installed and used as a single graphics engine. For the Xporte 260x2, we have two GTX 260 SLI-enabled graphics cards for those users needing more performance than the Xporte 260x1 delivers. This still leaves room for you to add a third GTX 260 in the future as your video performance requirements grow. Unlike most of our competitors, our dual-SLI systems like the Xporte 260x2, come with a full 12 GB of G.SKILL DDR3 1600 MHz triple channel high speed memory. Anything less just doesn't make sense if you are running applications that are taking advantage of dual or triple SLI. As with the Xporte 260x1, this system comes with a 1 TB 7200 RPM Western Digital Caviar Black hard drive so that your demanding video games and other video applications do not leave your system storage-bound. Finally, this system comes encased inside of Cooler Master's satin finished black, mid-tower Centurion 590 chassis with an acrylic gaming side which comes standard with four 120 mm fans for efficient cooling but accommodates up to eight 120 mm fans, plenty of space for future growth, and a roomy interior that allows for dual or triple graphics card setups. This system is intended to be a step up in performance from the Xporte 260x1 while still providing the same level of versatility and future growth options.
