At first the computer had some trouble with the graphic card. as soon as i took it out of the box i found out that the graphic card was defective. i Called Microtel and they sent me a new graphic card. now everything works fine. the computer is super fast and very good. it can do anything, you can play for long times on it or do work or whatever you like. one thing though, that if you are not that tech savvy, changing the graphic card by yourself might not be a great idea

The PC is fast and beautiful.I had a couple of issues initially with one of the memory sticks loosening up during the shipping - even with the excellent packaging. Andrew from customer service was an excellent trouble shooter and very accomodating.I chose Microtel not because they were the cheapest (although price was very good) but because of the high customer service reviews - and it payed off. The horror stories about other boutique high performance PC companies were enough to point me in the Microtel direction.I highly recommend this company.

This computer was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I got this computer mainly for gaming. I have only had it for a few weeks,but Overall I am very happy with the performance.I play on a 24 inch 1080p monitor. It plays most games on their high or highest settings. I usually leave AA off or on a lower setting with everything else maxed and it does very well. It runs very cool and quiet thanks to the liquid cooling. I would recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for a good gaming computer that doesn't want to build their own.
