I have owned several Dell desktops over the years, and have always been impressed with their quality & design. The Inspiron One 23 delivers in both areas. The overall design of the computer is outstanding. It looks very high end with clean lines and and excellent FHD display.Also, the specs are very solid for the price. Overall very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this Dell to anyone looking for a great AIO value.

You don't want this computer. I can't tell how many of the problems are Windows 7 or the computer itself, but after 90 days I've had LOTS OF PROBLEMS. It sometimes just goes black, frequently, freezes up, frequently, what's more irritating than a freeze up? This is a piece of %(**^(. plain and simple. I've owned Dell for over 10 years, this is the first time I've owned one I wish I could return.

It's hard to know where to begin regarding the issues with Dell-- and this machine in particular. We began by buying a traditional desktop -- it had issues - would not recognize anything plugged into USB ports and other problems for which Dell determined it must be a bad motherboard -- so they sent a refurbished mother board and technician to install it. The technician Dell sent a few days later tried his darnedest to get all systems working - but he even came to the conclusion that the machine was defective. So back it went. Got a second one --SAME Problems! -- must have had a whole bunch of defective computers over at Dell. Move to number three - an all-in-one -- set it up, loaded programs - screen resolution was fabulous, we were getting excited. (BTW - did I mention my husband has a degree in IT?) Anyway went out for a few hours - left it on to ensure all systems were go -- came home to a black screen. You're thinking it was just sleeping -- nope -- it was the sleep of death ! Nothing my husband attempted could revive it. I was darn sick of Dell by this point and just wanted our money back. But somehow they talked my husband into just one more -- the top of the line! And so they sent us the Inspiron One 2330. It looks nice -- if only it worked as well as it looks! Saame USB issues -- my husband even bought some high tech USB port that is plugged into an electrical outlet -- well, it works -- sort of - and when my Inspiron is in a generous mood! But -- it is obvious Dell has engineered their USB ports to not accept anything but a dell product -- so if you buy one -- forget using that free USB you got as a gift from Micro Center -- it likely won't work. I've been using the Inspiron for less than 6 months -- trying to adapt to its nasty little quirks that really cause me daily frustration and wasted time. But this week I nearly threw it out a window -- now when I walk away to get a bottle of water it goes to sleep -- and when it sleeps the only way to wake it up is to do a hard power off and reboot the damn thing. Needless to say - I am not a fan of Dell at this point -- and I hope to warn unsuspecting buyers to not only shy away from Dell -- but run away as fast as you can.
