We got the computer, installed everything, happy with it. Next day, try to turn it on again, and nothing happens.For a computer that expensive, that's very frustrating.Anyways, we called Dell to see what the problem was. After explaining the problem a few times to customer service, they said that we could pay $250 extension guarantee and they can transfer us to a rep that will fix it.We didn't pay obviously as it seemed quite obnoxious to pay $250 for clearly a defective computer.We went online (on Dell community no less) and found that surprise surprise everybody is having the issue and there is a fix for it !![...]Dell clearly knows there is a problem and they are taking advantage of people. They lied to us on the phone saying that it was probably because of a corrupted file, while clearly the computer is having issues and they know it.The computer works like a charm though, but very bad experience overall.

So far, I've gotten 2 of these, both DOA - won't boot. A call to Dell confirmed that the OS install image (Windows 8) is corrupt. They are sending me an install disk (didn't come with one). Just beware that this is a problem with this model until they fix the issue at the factory.

An error came up on the screen one morning that said it needed pc recovery. After chatting with tech they told me the motherboard was out and needed to be replaced. I am not joking. They would not take the computer back for refund because I had it for 30 days. Do not buy this or any other Dell product.
