This compact computer is powerful and is more than enough for any everyday task you could perform including photo and video editing. It is convenient to place on top of a desk. It comes with Windows 8 for which I had low expectations; but surprisingly I enjoyed it. It is similar in the desktop functionality to Windows 7 but it builds on it by giving the option to switch to metro browsing which is a simple way to open up apps. The startup time is super fast. This computer is a really good deal for the solid hardware you get.
