I got my Alienware about a month ago. I love it, everything I need for gaming and then some. Only problem I face is with dealing with dell service. Be aware that Dell owns alienware, and dell has horrible customer service. I had a few simple technical questions, and dell ended up asking me to pay for answering simple questions... I ended up going on google and researching the answers to my question.Simply put, This computer is amazing 5stars, however be warned that dell customer service/technical service will give u a very hard time and will not be useful. Your pretty much on your own after you buy the computer!**There is no wireless wifi adapter on this computer

I spoil my niece and nephews and have 6 of them. My one nephew went into a depression when his father (my brother) and mother separated. When I started trying to find a way to lift his spirits, I started researching gaming computers. My 5 star rating is out of a solid 15 hours in research, the Alienware 1430BK is by far the best out there dollar for dollar. If I would try to go out and have a computer company build a computer like this, I would pay 50% more. Alienware (DELL) did it right with this model and Amazon by far had the best deal. When it arrived it was mammoth with excellent packaging. The case design itself and lighting is incredible and high quality.It has been now about 4 months since I bought the Alienware and my nephew absolutely loves it and on it everyday. He is 13 and a little rough with his belongings but this system has held up with no issues. The PC is his pride and joy and I bought him all the cool accessories to go with it including a 32" monitor. He no longer seems so depress and where money does not buy happiness, this computer placed a smile on his face, that's for sure. My only issue is he plays too long on it and I did not think enough about that at the time of buying it.If you are looking for a way to get your teenager excited and out of a slump, buy him this computer. Make sure to get the cool accessories out there and at least a 27" monitor but spend the extra and go for the 32".
