I bought two different models of the Alienware X51 desktop. They were basically the same thing but one had more ram and a faster processor. I took the first one out of the box and it will not boot into Windows. It is stuck on a constant reboot loop. Finally a screen will come up and tell me to use my tools cd I created when I setup the machine. Well seeing as how I can't even get it to boot up for the first time I can't make the tools cd. I figured something was wrong with the first one, I will open the 2nd one and when I create the tools cd I will use it to fix the first one. I plug in the second machine and the exact same thing happened. Neither one of the machines will boot and are stuck in the constant reboot loop.

I also bought two of these computers as a Christmas gift and they do not boot up. The first time I turned the computer on I heard 5 continuous beeps and nothing showed up on my screen. I unplugged everything and tried it again. This time I heard one beep and it was stuck in a constant loop eventually sending me to a blue screen which says my computer did not shut down properly. The same exact problem is happening with both the computers.
