The tower arrived very well packaged and in excellent shape. I also bought a new 23" Acer monitor and an Epson all-in-one wireless printer to go with it. I had the tower and monitor up and running and connected to wireless internet right away. It found my wireless printer immediately, which was a big plus. We thought Windows 7 would be much more difficult to get used to than it was after using XP for years. For those that haven't heard of this brand, Lenovo bought out IBM.We use this computer for everything, including gaming. Although Win7 has no email, we access ours through our internet provider. It's wonderful to have web access as we have a laptop and both of us can see what email is received and sent.We have been using this computer for about 3 weeks and have found no problems. We would definitely recommend this product.

Good, fast and quiet. Plenty of speed for spreadsheets, web, etc., with zero problems right out of the box. Good product at a good price.
