I rec'd this computer in the time specified but was very disappointed when it arrived. It was bent up & dusty. When I plugged it in, it was password protected. I immediately contacted derrick413 & it was very loud and I could not understand the woman on the other line. She called back later to tell me that she has no idea what the password is & I just need to remove it while in safe mode. I did this with no problem, however, when I finally got in to the system, the computer was FILLED with someone else's personal information. Personal photos, web cookies, personal documents, ect. There are also many programs taking up space/memory that are individually password protected. My guess is this is a hot computer, or came from some sort of pawn/cash-to-go company. I will not be purchasing from this seller in the future.

I received this computer FREE, as someone was cleaning out the office and didn't want it any more. Someone had upgraded the RAM from 512 MB to 1.25 GB. I cleaned out all the junk software, personal files, emptied the cache, defragged the hard drive, opened the case and vacuumed out the dust. It runs Win XP Home SP3 great. Very responsive.It's obviously no gaming machine, but for what the majority of people use computers for, internet, e-mail, facebook, videos it's perfectly fine. For a computer built in 2005, still does well today. Win XP is very stable. Hasn't suffered the Windows rot.Internal components easily accessible by pulling lever to open case(tool-less). Easy to change RAM. Not many slots for expansion.Features are sparse, as no DVD drive, but there is an external bay for that, and it should be easy to add or exchange the existing CD drive. 40 GB is miniscule by today's standard, but I keep in mind that this is a 6 yr old machine.

When I got this tower I hooked it up and installed my OS on it and it worked great. Had a few cosmetic dings but all in all is a great tower. The seller even sent me a keyboard and mouse with it when I asked for one, even though it didn't originally come with it.
