This machine was to replace my Alienware rig that gave up the ghost after nearly 5 years of faithful service and I couldn't be happier with the new kid. The video card issue that drove me to research a new computer is nowhere to be seen with the dual card/ crossfire configuration Cybertron built for me. The graphics for my games- Borderlands 2 is the shooter du jour- are gorgeous and smooth. Lots of room to tweak and refine settings for really amazing performance as well as an effortless fit inside Windows 8. (Never thought I’d have a nice thing to say about Windows, but there you go.) I’m impressed by the processor speed and the handling of video feeds simultaneously with games and running TeamSpeak. We’re new friends, me and Cybertron, but I can tell from here that we’ll be close for a long while.Bottom line:-fast game handling-killer graphics-easy breezy set-up-simple to service/upgrade (no Alienware proprietary issues)-lots of leg room in the HD

Wouldn't work right, open it up to find a metal bar shoved in it, had to mail it in for it to sit there for a week, until we complain in which case we caught both the rep and the manager in bold face lies. When they asked what the problem was besides the broken computer we decided to send it back. Found out later we are not the only ones.

I bought this game 3 weeks ago and I am overall quite pleased with the entire process. It took 1 week to deliver. The computer arrived as described, without missing or broken items. It booted up and ran flawlessly on the first try. I had to use customer support to find the windows 7 key, but they were very helpful, without a long wait on hold. This machine is super-fast with gaming and you cant beat the $999 price!
