We just got this today after ordering it from the "lightening deal" for Black Friday. While it looks really nice and sleek, we can't help but be disapointed and are trying to figure out the next steps on fixing/returning it. It has already frozen more than 5 times since setting it up 2 hours ago. It's sad when the old computer we are trying to replace it with is more dependable (especially considering we have done nothing more than go on facebook! What happens when we try to load pictures??) The shipping was quick and it looks nice, so I gave 2 stars but constantly freezing on the first day? Seriously?***UPDATE: I contacted Amazon and they quickly agreed to send me a replacement. I have adjusted my review to 3 stars, and hopefully if the new computer works as I hope I can adjust it higher. The customer service rep was really helpful and earned himself 5 stars, however I can't review the product any higher until I receive the new one. I will update again once that has been received!** Received the new computer and so far no freezing! I am happy we took the original out of the box to test it before Christmas since it was supposed to be a gift. I would suggest that anyone who did purchase this as a gift do the same just in case. We have had the new computer for 2 days now and it works just fine. Looking forward to using it now that it is not freezing or requiring a restart after errors. Big thank you to Amazon for making the exchange process very quick and easy!

Purchased this computer on sale from Amazon. It took about 10 minutes to get it set up. Since the motherboard is built into the monitor it has a very sleek look to it. No messy wires or clutter to deal with. The wireless keyboard and mouse are also a nice feature.Watched videos and played music on it today. This was within twenty minutes of taking it out of the box. The HD picture and sound were great. The TouchScreen is also very neat. It is very convenient feature. It also comes with a digital keyboard which makes surfing the web more fun. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home computer.

I too purchased this computer on Black Friday and I am very pleased with its performance. Set-up was flawless and have not had any problems with it. The touch screen is quite sensitive - a little insect got on the screen and moved the pointer to it's location! I have played a hidden object game on it and it works great - the touch-screen is really great. Programs perform great. Yes, there are useless programs, but all new computers come with them - delete what you don't want or need. I especially like that there is only one wire coming from it which is the power cable. I have no regrets on this purchase.
