Price sure beats a brand new one! Have had for over 6 months with no real problems. My only complaint would be when they put in a new disc drive they should have made sure it fit properly, the one in there is too small for the button on the housing to open or close it so you have to reach in and down and fish for the eject button. But other then that (and one freak day when everything showed up on the screen upside down, never happened again though) we have had no malfunctions at all.

I ordered this tower a few weeks back only to receive it damaged and in non-working order. I immediately contacted the seller BMS_Ltd and the person that answers the email asked a few questions and then set up a pickup from my home by FedEx. The seller also set up another PC Tower to be shipped out.While waiting for the new tower to arrive I exchanged nearly 12 emails with the seller just asking for details on how the damaged unit had arrived at my home. I feel that this seller cared about the way it was treated. I did notice that when FedEx came to pick up the damaged tower the driver literally threw it in the back of the FedEx truck.So....The new unit works perfect and I give a big 5 stars to this sellers customer care as they really walked me through this process.Thank You.

hard to start takes two or thee timesruns slow hard to get from one page to the otherand friezes up oftenvery very unhappy !!
