AWESOME PRICE FOR A GREAT STARTER COMPUTER. Very hard to find one with NVIDIA graphics, that was the selling point for me once combined with all the other features. So I ordered this new Acer AX1420 PC that was previewed great for basic operations (but only OK for gaming). Seller was AWESOME! Shipped very quickly & at a great price, this was a deal!Overall, my rating is 4 stars for Acer quality, Nvidia Graphics, fast shipping & awesome pricing, minus 1 star for less than stellar inclusive software (see continued comments which include RAM upgrade info for Gamers!).~~~Downside: The small compactness of the case design means the PC runs hot, so you want plenty of airflow around it & possible a small fan close by to further help with cooling.PC comes from Acer production low on software & high on trial software including BOTH McAfee & Norton's on the same PC (Very bad idea! A major software conflict just WAITING to happen for the unaware or new PC users). I chose NEITHER & instead downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials (free) to run with the included Windows Defender firewall.One trial software worth mentioning however, for parents with young children, Fooz Kids trial, which offers 'kid-safe apps. controlled by you.'Word Processing: Free Microsoft Word Starter or trial offer on full suite (I chose the starter & downloaded free openoffice.org to supplement it). No graphics program, so I downloaded paint.net & the new GIMPshop (both free).For new users, Internet Explorer 9 was included for web browser, I opened it one time to download Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox & changed my choice of default browser & search engine. (Choice of browser is a personal thing but I've had more secure browsing on Chrome & Firefox than with IE.)~~~GAMERS:I checked the AX1420's specs & noticed it was upgradable to 8GB RAM, so I found Crucial 8GB RAM kit (Model: BLS2KIT4G3D1339DS1S0), upgraded the Acer's RAM & all I can say is WOW! Amazing what a difference! Now I have a decent gaming computer too! Gamers & Graphics oriented folks, be aware, the NVIDIA video card driver was 18 months out of date, Windows Update took care of most of that, but I had to manually update to the latest video driver from the NVIDIA website. Most people don't realize that 'new pc' to you, doesn't mean the components included haven't been out & on the shelf for a while!Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1333MHz Desktop Memory KiTo upgrade the RAM, if you are not hardware tech savvy, PLEASE take your PC to a computer shop so you don't invalidate warranties or mess up other components! (I included a link for the RAM I chose from Crucial for this computer for anyone interested.)

A potentially great little machine for a home media PC, with one tragic flaw. I needed an HDMI port on this computer to connect to my TV and it was not mentioned anywhere in the description that there isn't one in this model, only a VGA port. No desktop PC ships these days without HDMI, but this one did!
