4system is a wonder but tech support is the worst.
By Alexis
I just got the a700. The tech support and customer service is simply the worst i've every experienced. I ordered two items, the transfer cable and computer. Simple. But the cable didn't come, yet showed it shipped. I called, got India, was told my item should have shipped. hummmm very odd and would look into it. ' Four days later nothing. Call back get same response. JESUS| Thankfully I got one from Amazon for half the price and it came two days after the order. Amazon, you are down right snappy! The system is incredible and very responsive. Setting up the wireless modem, blue tooth mouse/keyboard worked like a charm. The i7 is extremely fast. The mouse is all over the place, very difficult to control. Called Tech service was told 'just work with it." No ideas on how to control it or fix the problem....have I mentioned how horrid tech support is? Most in the tech division that i spoke with with the exception of 'John' weren't even familiar with the a700. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? But to be fair, they did read from the script well. Just a waste of everyones time.Back to the system. The speakers, internal are surround sound and sound great. I found out you cannot use additional speakers as this will stop the internal ones from working and vice-versa. You can't ask for a better screen and picture. Beautiful,, with 1080 you see so much more. They system sets the lighting to conditions as well as protection for the user if too close to the screen. The included remote control is pretty neat. I played a few included games like tennis and ping pong with the remote, sort of like a wii game. Just make sure you strap the remote to your wrist with the included cord. The manuals included are a waste of papers. Very little info other than how to use the remote, keyboard and setting up system. Really doesn't explain how to use most of the software, speakers, connections, etc. So you really need some sense of how to use a computer to get around and explore. I went to the Lenovo site and the site isn't much better. They have all the new bells and whistles yet there isn't one place listed for instructions on how to use these items. Here's a thought, put some how-to-videos on your site- Lenovo. Bet if we could understand how great your product is and how to actually use them, you just might see an increase in sales. The positive- it's beautiful, compact, all in one space saver. Fast, can run many programs at the same time with little lag. Watching blue ray movies, listening to music and using the net couldn't be more enjoyable. Touch screen is very responsive but it drives me crazy to see my fingerprints all over the place so i will continue to use the mouse. Oh yes, I figured out how to use it. IF you can understand the system without having to call tech or customer support...you'll have a great experience and product.

1Don't buy this product, lenovo's computers are way behind apple for all in ones
By Doutreleau
We love the all in one concept and are PC lovers so we decided to give Lenovo a try eventhough they're not cheap. We had several problems,First the blue tooth system didn't seem to respond, there was no way the wireless mouse and keyboard would work, so we had to purchase a wire system to be able to do the basics : TYPING and clicking. We wanted to avoid a 2 to 3 weeks, it would take to send back the PC and get it fixed.Second: the speakers would release an unbearable high pitch static noise, so we HAD to send it to LenovoWe finally got it back: we could use it for a week, and it shut down with no particular reason during a video viewing. My husband called the hotline, asking for a refund, because it was just to much of a burden to send it back AGAIN after only a week of mild using. We need that computer to work, so we can not afford to waste 3 other weeks to get the computer fixed, I don't even mention that every time you send the machine, you need to save all the datas on an external hardware and remove every personnal data for safety reasons, so you have to reinstal everything once you get it back.Well, so now we're told that we'll have no refund, we need to send it back, we're gonna have to take a loan to buy an other computer, a MAC this time, so we can bring it back to the store if anything occurs. We're are VERY upset, NO MORE LENOVO, the products are not safe, and the Customer service sucks, think twice before you buy it.feel free to contact us by emailOH I need to give a precision my husband is a power user, he can mount PCs by himself, he's working as an IT at Dreamworks Animation, basically he knew way more than the guy from the hotline, and it was super annoying to speak with someone reading a chart rather than thinking with us, looking a real solution. My husband thought it might be a graphic card issue, and the guy had no clue.
